Recently my company was participating in a small one-day
tradeshow. I simply needed to rent a small backdrop for my exhibit.
I know just a handful of tradeshow exhibit companies in Denver. I called
the one that has always been responsive to my questions and has
been best at follow up.
Now, this was a very small sale for Exhibitpro
International. Yet, the owner made arrangements with me to
deliver the exhibit backdrop and train me how to set it up.
Additionally, she told me how I could reach her on trade show
set-up day if I had any questions. I was very impressed by this, as
she made me feel like I was just as important as her clients who

My guess is most other companies would have left me with an
instruction sheet and not delivered it to me. Exhibitpro

looked new and provided excellent customer service.
This experience was so contrary to other companies in Denver in
which I had expressed interest in their products and they never
followed up with pricing or a proposal.
Excellent customer service tips:
- Treat the little customer the same you would the big
customer.
- Have exceptional follow up and out service the
competition. Find out how good or bad your competition's
service is by mystery shopping them.
- Make yourself accessible to your clients.
